Whether you are a private owner or a yacht broker, our goal is simple: to deliver your yacht safely while keeping you informed throughout the entire voyage.
From the moment we step on board, we work closely with the Owner or Agent to review the yacht, discuss the passage plan and ensure everything is ready before departure.
Owners are welcome to join the delivery whenever practical, gaining valuable offshore experience alongside our Yachtmaster-qualified captains.
Every delivery is managed with professionalism, careful planning and complete transparency from preparation to final handover.

Quotation & Contract Process
To request a free quotation, simply complete the online form with as many details as possible. We aim to respond within 24 hours.
If you don’t receive an automated confirmation email, please re-check your address and resubmit the form.
Once accepted, a formal contract is signed and the joining date is agreed.
Important Requirements
✅ Yacht must be “ready to sail” on arrival
✅ Safety equipment must be onboard and up to date
✅ Engine, sails, running & standing rigging must be fully operational

✅ Refits or major repairs are not included in our contracts
✅ Meeting the “ready to sail” standard is essential for a smooth and safe delivery
Joining date & Handover
Joining Date
On the agreed joining date, our skipper and crew board the yacht, assume responsibility and complete the handover inspection before departure.
Inspection & Preparation
✅ Full inspection and inventory cross-check with the Owner/Agent
✅ Standard maintenance carried out before departure
✅ Thorough testing of all systems — electrical, navigational, engine, operational
✅ Sea trial performed to confirm seaworthiness

Refits and major repairs are not included in our standard contracts.
Arrival & Final Handover
At the destination, our skipper and crew meet with the Owner/Agent to finalize all paperwork.
✅ Full inspection of the yacht, inside and out
✅ Yacht cleaned and delivered in spotless condition
✅ Final report presented, confirming the vessel’s status
We aim to return every yacht in even better condition than when received. Once the Owner/Agent is satisfied, the handover is signed, the crew are signed out, and clear instructions are given for their departure.
