Twin Season Strategy

Our charter company is built on an innovative concept designed to double the standard revenue potential through our unique TWIN SEASON strategy.

Stage 1: Mediterranean Summer Season

  • The yacht begins its charter operations in the Mediterranean, generating income during the peak summer months.
  • We anticipate securing bookings for at least 12 weeks from May to September in prime European sailing areas.

Stage 2: Westward Transition to the Caribbean

  • After the Mediterranean season, the yacht embarks on a westward journey to the Caribbean, targeting destinations such as the BVI, USVI, and the Bahamas.
  • This transit is not just a relocation but a revenue-generating opportunity. Enthusiastic sailors and professional crew will pay to participate in this Atlantic crossing, gaining valuable experience.

Stage 3: Transatlantic Voyage Details

  • The transit to the Caribbean spans approximately 7 weeks, divided into 4 legs, depending on weather conditions:
    • Balearics to Gibraltar: 7 days
    • Gibraltar to Canary Islands: 7 days
    • Canary Islands to Cabo Verdes: 7 days
    • Cabo Verdes to Saint Vincent & the Grenadines: 14 days
  • The yacht is expected to arrive in the Grenadines by early November, ready to commence winter charter operations.

Stage 4: Caribbean Winter Season

  • Upon arrival, the yacht will begin chartering in the Caribbean, continuing to generate revenue during the winter season.

By operating charters in both the Mediterranean and Caribbean, and monetizing the transit between these regions, we maximize the yacht’s revenue potential year-round.

Maximize Your Yacht’s Charter Potential

Our innovative charter program is designed to maximize your yacht’s earning potential by operating in both the Mediterranean and Caribbean through our TWIN SEASON strategy. Here’s how the program works in stages:

Stage 1: Caribbean Winter Season

  • The yacht will charter for approximately 12 weeks in the Caribbean, transitioning between different islands for each holiday.
  • The itinerary will gradually lead the yacht northwards, with the Bahamas serving as the final destination before returning to the Mediterranean.

Stage 2: Return to the Mediterranean

  • The return journey to the Mediterranean spans approximately 7 weeks and is divided into 4 strategic legs, subject to weather conditions:
    • Bahamas to Bermuda: 7 days
    • Bermuda to Azores: 14 days
    • Azores to Gibraltar: 7 days
    • Gibraltar to the Balearics: 7 days

Stage 3: Mediterranean Summer Season

  • Upon returning to Europe, the yacht will begin its summer charter season in the Mediterranean, where it will operate in various prime sailing areas, including:
    • Balearics
    • Italy
    • Greece
    • Croatia
  • Each season, the yacht will change its Mediterranean sailing area, offering diverse experiences and maximizing charter opportunities.

Stage 4: Caribbean Season Rotation

  • Similarly, during the Caribbean season, the yacht will rotate through different areas each year, ensuring varied and appealing charter options:
    • Eastern Caribbean
    • BVI/USVI
    • Bahamas

Revenue Structure

  • Our Charter Program operates on a 50% revenue share basis, where the profits are equally divided between the boat owners and our Yacht Charter Company.

👉 Learn more about the ARC Rally experience.

Participation in the ARC Rally adds significant value to the transatlantic crossing and improves yacht marketability. Crew members often prefer these organized events, making it easier to fill berths and secure bookings.

👉 ARC Rally Official Site

Stage 1: Mediterranean Season Conclusion & ARC Rally Participation

  • After the Mediterranean season concludes, with no further bookings available, the yacht has the option to participate in the ARC Rally (Atlantic Rally for Cruisers), which takes place annually in November.
  • This participation adds significant value and excitement to the transatlantic crossing for our crew members, making it a more attractive proposition for them to join. Additionally, it enhances the yacht’s appeal, making it easier to secure rentals for the crossing from Europe to the Caribbean.

Stage 2: Caribbean Season & Return Via ARC Rally Europe

  • The return journey from the Caribbean (Tortola) to Bermuda and then to the Mediterranean can similarly incorporate participation in the ARC Rally Europe.
  • This eastward route, following the same principle, would offer crew members another thrilling opportunity, increasing the likelihood of filling all available slots and optimizing revenue during the return transit.

Why ARC Participation Matters

  • Participation in the ARC Rally elevates the experience for both yacht and crew. It also improves marketability and helps attract paying sailors. It positions the yacht as part of an exclusive event, attracting sailing enthusiasts and ensuring a memorable voyage.

Charter Locations – Mediterranean & Caribbean Highlights

Charter-Friendly Sailing Catamarans & Yachts

The list of brands below represents an idea of the sailing catamarans and yachts that would charter well across Europe, the USA, the Caribbean, and the Bahamas with great ease:

While the market trend leans towards catamarans, we recognize the value of well-designed monohulls. As long as they feature four comfortable cabins and four heads, monohulls can also perform admirably in our Yacht Charter Programme.
